Egg Noodles

My mom spoiled me. She prepared homemade egg noodles every time she made chicken or turkey noodle soup. I know these noodles would be a great side dish as well.

2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Flour

Add enough flour to make a ball. Mix all together and roll out flat. Cut in strips with pizza cutter. Let dry or drop immediately into boiling soup. Cook about 10 minutes.
