Pinterest: Tried tested and APPROVED - Sweater makeover

Weddings always seem to happen when money is tight. My cousin, Tim, got married in April. We moved into our next home in March so I couldn't really afford to go buy a new outfit. I didn't need to since I had a skirt I was planning to wear. My issue was what to wear on top. I had a few options but wasn't happy with them. I decided to head to the thrift store to see if I could find a suitable top. I found a cardigan but the sleeves were an awkward length.
