Poppy Seed Chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
4 chicken breasts
1 roll Ritz crackers
3/4 cube butter
1 1/3 T poppy seeds

Boil chicken breasts for about 25 minutes.

Mix together soup and sour cream. Spread 1/3 in bottom of 9 x13 pan. Arrange chicken in pan. Spread remaining sauce on top.

Melt butter. Crush crackers. Mix butter, crackers, and poppy seeds. Sprinkle on top of chicken and sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with rice or egg noodles
